A four week journey designed to restore connection with your body and the wisdom it holds. Through bodywork, somatics and ritual you will gently be guided back to yourSelf. Like flowers, we bloom in our own time. Softly unfolding our petals through patience, trust, and becoming who you were born to be. The Blooming Path is yours to walk alone with me as your Sister who sees you, hears you, and offers love and acceptance. There is no judgement here, only safety and connection … to your inner truth, to your body, to the reminder of who you are underneath all of your other roles and responsibilities. It’s a journey Home, to yourSelf.

The Firefly. Return to Self

Ground, embody and listen to the wisdom of your body as you truly take time for yourself to dive into relaxation and all that you need. This session blends massage/bodywork, calming facial elements, intuitive coaching and tarot guidance. You'll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply supported. The Firefly Return to Self is my Ultimate Sacred Session and I am so excited to share it with you. My intention is to reunite you with the Goddess within you and encourage self love and acceptance. I think of it as a ceremony more than a service. Fireflies represent light, hope, transformation and love. Their glow embodies illumination and the ability to find one's way even in the darkest of times. This session will release tension, deeply connect you to your body, tune into your emotions and cultivate radical self love and acceptance. This Autumn, remember what already lives within you with this beautiful, unique to you, Autumnal Sacred Session.

The Caterpillar. Relaxing Massage

A gentle full body massage combined with somatic guidance to help you feel into your body, release tension,, and increase awareness of how you hold and move energy. Caterpillars represent the potential for change and the journey from one state of being to another. They also can be seen as a metaphor for the evolution of love and relationships. This gentle massage is intended to relax and soothe your nervous system so that deep relaxation may occur. Choose from unscented coconut oil, peppermint infused coconut oil (infused with mint from the garden) or lavender infused coconut oil (infused with fresh mint from the garden and lavender buds). Or Shea Butter for a deeply luxurious sensory experience.

The Ladybug. Hydrating Body Wrap

Nourish your body, restore your senses, and relax deeply as your skin is fully hydrated. Enjoy a full body (dry) exfoliation followed by luxurious lotion and ending with an upper body massage on neck, decollate, face and scalp. Ladybugs are associated with positive change and prosperity. They are linked to fertility, rebirth and love.

The Butterfly. HBW + Facial Massage

Transform with A full body (dry) exfoliation followed by luxurious lotion, and a nourishing facial massage for the ultimate in head to toe hydration. A head to toe ritual of softness and renewal! Your body will receive a deeply hydrating wrap, including a dry exfoliation and luxurious body lotion, while your face receives a complete basic facial customized to what your facial skin needs that day. Including cleaning, exfoliation, extractions if needed, masking, massaging, and moisturizing. Warmth, touch, beautiful scents, and plenty of time to receive and emerge feeling renewed and ready to spread your wings. Butterflies are tactile, delicate, colorful and very connected to the senses, they are playful, following what calls to them and they are also associated with the soul, the spirit, and the invisible parts of ourselves.

The Honey Bee. Facial Massage

Enjoy the natural sweet scents of the garden while nourishing and hydrating your skin. This basic facial experience includes cleansing, exfoliation, extraction as needed, masking, moisturizing, and massaging. Leaving your skin refreshed and glowing like honey. Honey Bees are associated with sweetness, abundance and healing and this facial massage is the perfect blend of all three. Your spirit and your skin will love it!

The Dragonfly. Facial Massage

This facial massage uses Korean skin care to transform your skin into glowing "glass" skin. Experience deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions as needed, masking, moisturizing, and massage along with gua sha techniques for stimulation and relaxation. Dragonflies look weightless in flight, hovering, and almost dancing above the water from which they have spent most of their live. They change direction effortlessly and see the world from all perspectives. This experience is all about allowing everything to flow - tension, touch, breath, and attention.

The Firefly Face Ritual

More than a facial. More than a massage. This is my signature approach to caring for the places that carry so much of our day - the face, jaw, neck, shoulders, head and scalp. We will begin by warming the tissues and creating space for the body to soften. Gentle techniques, slow massage, and my intuitive flow work while also including nurturing cleansing, masking and hydration throughout the service. External buccal facial massage, working around the cheeks, jaw, and mouth to encourage deeper release and spaciousness is included. For those who want to go a little bit deeper, an intra-oral buccal massage is also available. I personally love starting my day with this followed by body mapping, which we will of course finish with.

The Firefly Body Ritual

Massage with room to breathe. This is a flowing full body massage with grounding touch, thoughtful attention to areas holding tension, and moments of stillness and energy work that give your body time to receive. The pace is unhurried. The touch is intentional. And the flow is beautiful, beginning and ending on the belly.
